4V4L0N-5

4V4L0N-5 is a Witch Nation narrative of panpyschic emxncipation, queer utopian futurity and poly-cultural world-building/making.

4V4L0N-5 conjures up the enminded evolution of Mxnxkind and the feral praxis of Core Affect Traffic.

C.A.T. (Core Affect Traffic) is a transformational process for trysting with mutual coexistence and deep emotional intelligence.

Core Affect Traffic training creates exceptional negotiators, empathy operatives and peace officers: Do what you will, harm unto none.

C.A.T. cops are the peace officers and special constables of 4V4L0N-5.

C.A.T. cops avoid all forms of violence or any use of lethal force.

in crisis confrontations they seek to deflate, distract, de-escalate and disarm: Love is the Law.

Normative police are bull riders, C.A.T. cops are rodeo clowns.

C.A.T. cops save the lives of people in crisis. The C.A.T. cop answer to violent psychotic breaks and irrational confrontations: bring a broom to a knife fight.

C.A.T. cops represent creative love, boundless empathy, unlimited compassion, and peaceful resolutions.

C.A.T. cops evolved from gay defense units like the Pink Panthers Patrol in the 1970’s. By 2080, C.A.T. cops had emerged as the most effective model for no-kill professional peace officers and special constables in the world.

Despite their peaceful, compassionate, empathic, non-violent ethos, C.A.T. cops are far from helpless, harmless, or weak.

Trained in martial arts, and armed with a broom that can deliver powerful aerosol anesthetics, C.A.T. cops can safely subdue the most violent and vulnerable citizens in crisis.

The uniform of C.A.T. cops is simple, light, soft, colorful and non-threatening; a pastel hoodie with badges, Alpaca pom poms and a Curlew whistle, athletic leggings and socks, running shoes. They have two cell phones for negotiations and captures, and a modified corn curling broom for defense and passive restraint.

C.A.T. cops risk their lives for their love of others and peaceful resolutions.

C.A.T. cops killed in the line of duty are blessed-beings celebrated in the Core Affect caring rituals and sacrifice and kindness praxis. They are returned to the earth in natural canvass shrouds and laid to rest in green shallow graves in a commemorative grove and enchanted 4V4L0N-5 forest.
